hey guys... new idea! (and yes, no sprites....)

the first animating program i got was pivot stickfigure animator... while i was toying with it, i had a hella good time. and by that, i mean i was bored out of my FUCKING MIND. so, i decided to
"up the ante" and find how i could add sound, e.t.c.. i googled stuff like "how to use pivot", and so on. ultimately, it was what made me find newgrounds. i was instantly amazed by the sounds... especially the music videos. so i got thinking. but that thinking lead me nowhere. i did not have flash. so... all of my ideas were locked in my head... waiting...

but then, in January of this year, my luck changed. i acquired flash (legally, of course), and with a little tweaking, the ideas from my pivot days were easily transformed into what i have now.

so newgrounds... my question to you is this.

will a series made entirely out of music videos "work"? i mean, will people set aside their "tastes" and actually watch the animations? or will they be brushed aside?

i have the series planned like this

season one:

1.) main character (me) background
song: P.O.D., "Boys From the South"
2.) character affiliations (Lock Legion)
song: Foo Fighters, "the Pretender"
3.) problem intro
song: Finger Eleven. "Paralyzer"
~end of season one~

season two consists of the entire CD of Godsmacks album, Awake, except "Greed" and "Going Down" because of laziness, i will not be posting descriptions, nor will I be posting seasons three and four. secrecy...

season two:

1.) Song: Godsmack: "the journey" and accompanied song, "spiral"

2.) Song: Godsmack: "Sick of Life"

3, 4, 5, and 6.) Songs: Godsmack: "Same Mistakes", "Vision", "Forgive me", and "Vampires"

Songs 3, 4, 5, and 6 tie into each other. the ending of number three is almost identical to the beginning of number four, and so on.
